We have a great selection of houses with bedrooms, (not flats or apartments), in various areas of Canterbury for individuals and groups of 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and up to 8 people.
We understand that it can be a daunting prospect for students to make the commitment to share a house with people that they have not known for very long, paying rent, bills and other fees, and so we work to make the whole process as straightforward as possible.

- make sure you have the relevant facts to make your decision
- and provide you with an easy-to-understand tenancy contract, (you can book/reserve a house for 5 days before you sign).
When you collect your keys and move in to your new pad, we will help you to feel at home quickly.
We will also:
- Explain the heating & hot water controls,
- run through operation of the washing machine and any other appliances
- and make you aware of all the safety features in the property
- agree with you the items in the Inventory Report
- and advise you about how best to run the house to meet the needs of your group.
Afterwards, we shall do our best to make your time living in the house as pleasant as possible. We are only a phone call away if you need us, as we are your landlords and not just estate agents acting as middle-men.
We now offer free contents insurance for all of your possessions while you stay in our student accommodation in Canterbury. This will help you with one of those vital yet additional items on your to-do list that you’ll have to sort out on your own otherwise. This applies to both the UKC and Christchurch area.
