English Homes Group specialises in student lets in Canterbury and in Gillingham.
We want to make it really easy for students at university to find and secure their off-campus accommodation. We have a selection of houses in various areas for groups of up to 7 people and we can often accommodate individuals who are not part of a group.
We understand that it can be a daunting prospect for students to make the commitment to share a house with people that they have not known for very long and so we work to make the whole process as straightforward as possible. We will show you round the houses that you wish to see, make sure you have the relevant facts to make your decision and provide you with an easy-to-understand tenancy contract.
When you move in, we will help you to feel at home quickly. We will explain the heating & hot water controls, run through operation of the washing machine and any other appliances and make you aware of all the safety features in the house. We will agree with you the items in the Inventory Report and advise you about how best to run the house to meet the needs of your group.
Afterwards, we shall do our best to make your time living in the house as pleasant as possible. We are only a phone call away if you need us.
