English Homes Group has been trading for 14 years and owns and manages property throughout Kent. We bought the first of our student lets in Canterbury in 1998 and have expanded in this sector since that time but always on the basis that we would not let a house that we would not be happy to live in ourselves

Two of the partners are qualified Chartered Surveyors and the third partner has a degree in business management but we are all very much hands-on in the business, so you will not be dealing through an agent but directly with us.

We strive to ensure that all our properties are maintained to a high standard. We employ our own full time maintenance team to deal with any repairs quickly and professionally. All central heating systems are maintained by British Gas, who not only ensures that the systems are safe, but also provide a prompt engineer call-out service when necessary.
