1-year-old Orlando boy found after Amber Alert in Florida

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said it located one-year-old Marcus Lyles on Sunday night after an Amber Alert was issued. | The Florida Department of Law Enforcement canceled the Amber Alert around 10:30 p.m. who disappeared from the Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa along Turkey Lake Road on Saturday evening. According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Kira Lawson, who is Lyles’ father’s girlfriend, put the boy in his car and drove off without Lyles’ father allowing it. Deputies say Lawson is now in custody and the child is safe. Lyles’ disappearance was being investigated as a kidnapping. He has a birthmark on the back of his left thigh. Officials say they may have traveled in a blue 2011 Hyundai Sonata with tag number QXYF78.

Local and state law enforcement were looking for Marcus Lyles who disappeared from the Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa along Turkey Lake Road on Saturday evening.
According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, 20-year-old Kira Lawson, who is Lyles’ father’s girlfriend, put the boy in his car and drove off without Lyles’ father’s permission.

The boy was last seen wearing a black Adidas jumpsuit. He has a birthmark on the back of his left thigh.
