D-Link creates a scholarship for Ukrainian students
Offer degree programs at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and D-Link Group Work Opportunities
TAIPEI, June 22, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — D-Link Corporation today announced the establishment of the “D-Link Group Scholarship” with National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) to encourage Ukrainian and international students to pursue their studies and plan their future careers in Taiwan. The D-Link Group scholarship offers masters programs for 10 people in disciplines related to electronics, information technology or communication. Scholars will receive financial aid, internship programs and job opportunities at D-Link Group companies upon graduation.
“The Russian-Ukrainian conflict has caused the displacement of many Ukrainian students and interrupted their pursuit of higher education. Out of a humanistic concern and with the aim of fostering new talents, we have expanded our cooperation with NTUST and established the D-Link scholarship Group.We would like to help Ukrainian students to study in Taiwan at NTUST with no worries,” said Victor Kuo, the president of D-Link Corporation. “Scholars will not only receive financial support during their 2-year studies, but will also receive internships at D-Link group companies, including D-Link, Amigo, Amit, Sapido, and Cameo. upon graduation, recipients with outstanding performance may also be hired directly.”

NTUST recruits the most international graduate students in Taiwan and the Russian-Ukrainian conflict drew much attention to all NTUST students and faculty. In addition to seminars, more than 50 NTUST teachers also provide lab internship opportunities for Ukrainian students.
