CEBU CITY, Philippines – Cebu City police are still awaiting the issuance of an arrest warrant for the two siblings, who are among five people implicated in the August 6 murder of a university 16 years old in Barangay Bulacao, Cebu City.
Pardo Police Station Investigator Senior Police Master Sergeant Geoffrey Gutual said they continue to monitor the movements of the two suspects who were recently seen in Cebu City.
Earlier, two minors and a 22-year-old man, identified as a certain Jether, surrendered to Pardo police to deny any involvement in the murder of Jérôme Estan.

In the first three nights of Oplan Bulabog’s reimplementation this week, police rescued over 100 minors. Among them, 34 minors were rescued on Tuesday evening, 68 on Wednesday evening and 28 on Thursday evening.
